Refund Policies

Online Courses:

Withdrawal From a Course:
Statistics.com has a flexible policy that recognizes that circumstances may arise that prevent you from taking a course as planned. You can withdraw from a course any time up to 7 days prior to the course start and receive a full refund. Within 7 days prior to the start of the course, you can withdraw and receive a full refund less a $25 processing charge. During the first 7 days of the course you can withdraw and receive a 50% refund. No refunds are available after the 7th day of the course. Note: If you have purchased a course package, refunds for courses cancelled after the first course will be given only as credit towards taking any future statistics.com course within 18 months of the cancellation. Please use this form.

Transferring to Another Course:
If you are enrolled in a course and find it is inappropriate for your needs, you may transfer your registration to another course. There is a $100 transfer fee if you do so within the first week of the course. (No fee applies if you transfer prior to the start of the course; full tuition applies if you transfer after the course has been running for a week.)

Software:

If you are not satisfied with the operation of software purchased from statistics.com, you may obtain a full refund within 30 days of initial software delivery (whether evaluation version or full version) simply by mailing us a written statement (612 N. Jackson St., Arlington, VA 22201 USA) that the software has been removed from your system (be sure to include your invoice number). Note that you may receive delivery of evaluation copies of all software without prepayment.
